If you want to advance your career with a global footprint and contributing to a vision focused on customer success, then apply to this opportunity.Summary:The Program Account Manager role is responsible for managing day to day execution of strategic Aerospace accounts by supporting new part introduction, on-time execution, delivery and overall performance of new and existing awards. This role works closely with Operations to develop and sustain a Program/Account Management Process. The PAM is the main point of contact for the designated customers and is responsible to ensure progress and provide daily updates on new and existing awards. The PAM works closely with Business Development, Engineering, Estimators and Operations to present new proposals, recommend pricing, prepare industrialization plans and execute contracts. Contributes to building strategy to offer a customized customer experience for the designated accounts.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure premier service and full customer satisfactionMain point of contact for designated customers.Leads work transfers and development of industrialization plansDevelop and maintain project charts/critical path, line of balance, recovery plans, customer updates, progress and tasks reportsOrganize and lead multidepartment sessions to ensure quality and on-time delivery of parts and documentationConduct contract review process and risk assessment mitigation for existing and new awardsResolve conflicts and provide satisfactory solutions to customers in a timely mannerMaintain Customer Portals and utilize EDI Systems to retrieve information and submit account information.Interface between the customer and estimating department to provide necessary RFQ informationLeads and finalizes customer’s questionnaires and surveys on-time for designated accountsManage large proposal efforts including strategic programs and recommends pricing when applicable.Oversees compliance to regulatory or customer specific requirement (i.e., import/export, licenses, proprietary information, FAA, IC, etc.).Travel to customer site as needed.Identify opportunities and/or participate in continuous improvement activities.Additional Comments: The essential functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. Leading by example.Must have time management skills and the ability to organize and optimize work.Experienced in organizing and leading productive and effective meetingsExperienced in utilizing structured Project Management and Problem Tools and Methodologies+3 years of experience in project or program management, customer service, production control or account management.+1 year of experience preparing status updates, line of balance reports, progress updates and basic industrialization plans.BS/BA from an accredited institution or +10 years of progressive experience and proved accomplishments in the aerospace industry servicing major OEM customersAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to perform price comparisons that include percentage differences.Must have good listening skills and the ability to be mindful and attentive to the feedback from customers.Must be able, capable and willing to troubleshoot and do problem solving to improve customer experience.Experience with an order entry software system.Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
