Manager, SalesSummary:This role is responsible for maintaining and extending Lamsco’s influence with new and existing customers by developing and sustaining the highest possible level of customer service; as well as for leading and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives in the day-to-day execution of the department. Establishes procedures for generating quotes, coordinating order entry and communicating order requirements to appropriate personnel, as well as expedites orders to ensure that product is delivered on time. Provides market intelligence when available to help maintain and improve Lamsco’s position in the marketplace. Establishes and builds strong customer relationships that allow for sales increases and rapid resolution of customer problems. May visit clients as necessary. Prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals. Keeps the President informed of current developments in customer off-load programs. Works closely with Business Development, Engineering, Estimators and Operations to present new proposals, recommend pricing. About Us:Lamsco West, Inc. is a premier aerospace manufacturer of shims and detailed parts.
